🍫 Delicious Allergy-Friendly Brownie Bites & Essential Food Allergy Updates!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • ½ cup oil (such as canola or vegetable)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ cup cocoa powder

  • 1½ cups gluten-free all-purpose flour blend

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • ½ teaspoon salt

How to Make It:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin or line with paper liners.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the applesauce, sugar, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, gluten-free flour blend, baking soda, and salt.

  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about Âľ full.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  7. Allow the brownie bites to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Serving Suggestions:

  • Dust with powdered sugar for an elegant touch.

  • Top with dairy-free whipped cream or a drizzle of allergy-friendly chocolate sauce.​
