Ingredients:

  • 1 premade graham cracker crust (Keebler or Great Value are dairy-free)

  • 1 can cherry pie filling

  • 6 oz. dairy-free cream cheese (Daiya or Violife)

  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup Country Crock Plant Cream

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

How to Make It:

  1. Place bowl, whisk, or beaters and dairy-free whipping cream in the freezer for 30 mins.

  2. Set dairy-free cream cheese on the counter for 30 mins.

  3. Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Refrigerate.

  4. Whip cream and vanilla to stiff peaks.

  5. Combine whipped cream with cream cheese mixture.

  6. Spread mixture into crust.

  7. Top with cherry filling.

  8. Refrigerate until serving (up to 3 days).
